Flexible Hours

Office team, occupational therapist, physical therapist, and speech-language pathologist part-time to full-time opportunities with flexible hours.  We close our office at 5:30 pm  and do not work late hours.

Speech-Language Pathologist Position Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited university
- Current Illinois licens​e
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA 
- State of Illinois Early Intervention (EI) credential required for full-time

Speech-Language Pathologist Position Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, evaluations and provide detailed written reports
- Provide evaluations / treatment in our facility or in clients' homes (if EI credentialed)
- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks
- Discuss progress with parents / caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home

- Participate in professional development team meetings and continuing education opportunities

Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist, OT

Occupational Therapist Position Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited university
- Current Illinois license
- Illinois Early Intervention credential required for full-time

Occupational Therapist Position Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct occupational therapy and evaluations and provide detailed written reports
- Provide evaluations / treatment in our facility and in clients' homes
- Discuss progress with caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home
- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks

- Discuss progress with parents / caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home
- Participate in professional development team meetings and continuing education opportunities

Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Position Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) / Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from a CAPTE accredited program
- Current Illinois license
- State of Illinois Early Intervention credential required for full-time


Physical Therapist Position Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct physical therapy and evaluations and provide detailed written reports
- Provide evaluations / treatment  / attend meetings in our facility and in clients' homes

- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks
- Discuss progress with caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home

- Participate in professional development team meetings and continuing education opportunities

Social Worker / Counselor

Social Worker / Counselor Requirements

​- Illinois Early Intervention credential (or working toward) required

- At least 5 years experience

​- Part-time MINIMUM 15 hours per week

​- Must be available to work until 5:30 pm OR Saturdays

​Social Worker / Counselor Position Responsibilities
​- Conduct evaluations and provide detailed written reports
​- Schedule and plan individualized treatment sessions for children and families
- Provide evaluations / treatment in our facility and/or in children's homes
​- Contribute to team meetings with OTs, SLPs, and PTs
- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks - Discuss progress with caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home

- Participate in professional development team meetings and continuing education opportunities
