Pediaprogress is seeking an engaging and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help children overcome communication and feeding challenges. We value clinical expertise, collaboration, and a meaningful partnership with the families we serve.
Position Requirements:
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
* Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
* Illinois Early Intervention (EI) credential required for full-time status
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active/on your feet to engage in dynamic, play-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and deliver professional, detailed reports within established timelines.
* Create and update individualized treatment plans featuring measurable goals and clear clinical benchmarks.
* Provide services in-clinic or within client homes (for EI-credentialed providers).
* Partner with parents and caregivers to discuss progress and provide tailored strategies for home carryover.
* Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s development.
* Participate in internal professional development sessions and take advantage of continuing education opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Pediaprogress team to share knowledge and maintain a supportive clinical environment.
* Stay current with Illinois licensure and CEU requirements to ensure the highest standard of care.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help children reach their full potential in both clinic and home settings. Position Requirements:
* Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
* Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license (IDFPR).
* Illinois Early Intervention (EI) credential required for full-time status.
* Proven experience working with children diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorders (SPD).
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active/on your feet to engage in dynamic, play-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and deliver professional, detailed reports within established timelines.
* Design and implement individualized one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
* Develop and update treatment plans featuring measurable goals and clear clinical benchmarks.
* Provide services in-clinic or within client homes (for EI-credentialed providers).
* Partner with parents and caregivers to discuss progress and provide actionable strategies for home carryover.
* Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and share clinical knowledge with colleagues.
* Contribute to internal professional development and continuing education initiatives to stay at the forefront of pediatric care.

Position Requirements:
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Physical Therapy (MPT), or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
* Current Illinois Physical Therapist license.
* Illinois Early Intervention (EI) credential required for full-time staff.
* A strong desire to work with the pediatric population and a commitment to family-centered care.
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active/on your feet to engage in dynamic, play-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and deliver detailed, evidence-based reports.
* Develop and manage individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals and benchmarks.
* Provide high-quality treatment and evaluations within our facility and in clients’ homes (for EI-credentialed providers).
* Partner closely with parents and caregivers to discuss progress and provide tailored strategies for home carryover.
* Attend and actively contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care for our clients.
* Collaborate with the Pediaprogress team to share knowledge and maintain a supportive clinical environment.
* Participate in internal professional development sessions and team-wide continuing education opportunities.
* Stay current with Illinois licensure and CEU requirements to ensure the highest standard of care.
